1. On the site navigation click on Procedures.
2. Click the Start button on the selected Interactive Procedure.
3. This will take you to the Technician page of the Interactive Procedure. This will be easily viewable in mobile formats.
5. To understand the layout lets go through it:
- Starting at the top of the page we have our Interactive Procedure Name.
- Next we have our description.
- Below the description we have the table of contents for easy section navigation prior to the procedure for review.
- Under the ToC we have the procedure itself.
- This consists of the following:
- Circle and Check to illustrate what HAS been done (check) and the step you are NOW on (circle).
- Numerical Bulleting (example: “1.01”)
- Section Item (example: “Remove the cap from the gas can.”)
- Any related links for this section item.
- A dropdown with action that was taken.
- A notes area that will be logged. (example: “I was able to remove the cap but the threads are worn down.”)
- This consists of the following:
8. Once you have completed the technicians page it will prompt you to submit which will officially log the Interactive Procedure.
