Initial Creation
Depending on your Organization’s licensing you may or may not have access to site creation. You should however be able to edit your existing site(s) at any time.
1. On the main top navigation click on your username.
-You will see a small menu with multiple options.
2. Click the Organization option.
3. Now on the Organization page, click on the Site Manager card.
4. Once on the Site Manager page, click the primary blue button that reads Add New Site to the right.
5. Fill out the New Site form.
-All fields will be required to create the new site.
6. Once your form is completed, click the primary blue button that reads Create New Site to the right.
-This completes the Site creation.
-You will be moved to the next recommended step, Upload Documents.
Uploading Documents (In Bulk)
To accommodate the large size and quantity of files typically encountered at sites, we’ve implemented a bulk upload feature for your ease and convenience.
1. Drag folders on to the grey UI box that says Drag folders to this area to upload it’s contents.
-You will now see the files within the folder in the bulk upload area.
2. Click the primary blue button that reads Upload underneath your files.
-Files bulk upload in groups of 10 for performance reasons.
-Files can be seen as in progress via the individual loader bar.
-If there is an error with a particular file you can click the Retry button.
-Once you have uploaded the documents they can now be found by your organization on the Document Browser.
Organize Home
The consolidated Document Browser on the Preserve Home has optional categories if you would like to utilize them for further organization.
1. There is 3 predefined category inputs. Add text to any of the three category inputs as needed to label your group folders within your document browser.
2. Drag folders (Click,Hold + Drag) from the right on to the grey UI box underneath the respective label to designate a category for a folder.
-There is no folder limit per category.
-Folders can be moved at any time and no connections will break.
